Here on our farm, we take pride in turning the produce we grow and gather into delicious drinks and food. From the fragrant blossoms of elder trees to the vibrant fruits of our orchards, we focus on capturing the best of what nature offers.
One example of our creations is an elderflower drink crafted using wild elder trees that flourish naturally on our land. These trees are sustained by the clear, fresh springs that flow through the farm. While we’ve planted a young orchard of elder trees for the future, our current batches rely on the mature, wild trees that grow naturally here. Because of this, our production is limited and seasonal—each batch is a reflection of that year’s harvest, almost like a vintage fine wine.
We pick ingredients like elderflower at their peak, during the brief window of freshness each year. Everything is processed on the same day it’s harvested, using pure spring water from our farm. Whether it's a syrup, drink, or something to enjoy alongside a meal, our approach prioritises quality and the unique flavour of our farm's produce.
