Light, delicate, and fruity our cider vinegar tastes great in sauces, salad dressings and on roast vegetables as they roast.
It also can be diluted in water for a morning drink or added to cocktails for a pleasant zing!
Please note: We’re a farm, not a factory. That means we don’t run conveyor belts or ship boxes every day. Instead, we work to farm rhythms: producing in small batches and packing them by hand once a week. Every Friday, we send all orders fresh from our farm kitchen.
