Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
We're a small farm business and work 7 days a week. That means we don’t run conveyor belts or ship boxes every day. Instead, we work to farm rhythms: making produce in small batches and packing them by hand once a week. Every Friday, we send all orders with free P&P — fresh from our farm kitchen. Expect an email within 2-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - We currently cannot accept visitors to the farm.
OUR COURIERS - Orders are generally shipped with 2 day delivery expected using Yodel, DHL or Evri. We do not ship outside of the UK at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our couriers aim to deliver within 2 working days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not currently ship internationally
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at colin@broomhillfarm.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
