Crafted using fragrant basil grown right here on our North Devon farm, our Pinch Me Basil Salt brings the unmistakable flavour of this much-loved herb straight into your everyday cooking.
It’s particularly good with tomatoes, pasta, chicken and roasted vegetables – or try it with mozzarella, eggs and homemade pizza. The basil and sea salt work together to give simple ingredients an easy Mediterranean lift.
Use it as you cook rather than just at the table, giving the basil time to release its aroma into warm oil, butter and cooking juices.

A quick heads-up: Everything here starts in our farm kitchen, not a factory line. That means we don’t run conveyor belts or ship boxes every day. Instead, we work to farm rhythms: producing in small batches and packing them by hand once a week. Every Friday, we send all orders fresh from our farm kitchen.

Bad things....I didn't order enough 😉
Good things... I was a bit worried being tinned it would be fizzy, it isn't, a light sparkle at most. I keep it on a stone floor so it's cool but not chilled. Absolutely brilliant taste, not like any of the ciders commercially available, and all the better for it.

I love a glass of cider, especially the more traditional tasting tipples !
The Corps cider is just that. A slightly cloudy, dry drink with a delightful taste and at 6.5 % you know it’s worth drinking unlike some of the lower % ciders on the market.
This will be my new favourite ’go to’ cider.
