It’s particularly good with tomatoes, mushrooms, chicken and roasted vegetables – or sprinkle it over pizza and pasta dishes while they cook. The oregano and sea salt work together to make simple ingredients taste fuller and more flavoursome.

Instead, we work to farm rhythms: producing in small batches and packing them by hand once a week. Every Friday, we send all orders fresh from our farm kitchen.
